The Mom Body Rescue Protocol
Twelve weeks. Measured at 30, 60 and 90 days.
A physician-directed program for the body after pregnancy — the abdomen that did not go back, the skin that came with it, the composition that changed. Body contouring and skin tightening, medically managed weight loss where it is indicated, a nutrition and training plan and recovery support — sequenced as one program and measured by 3D scan at every checkpoint. No surgery.
Price TBC set by the sessions your scan calls for, in writing at the consult · $150 consult credited toward the programIn short
You buy an outcome with a timeframe, not a list of sessions. A baseline 3D scan at the consult, a written twelve-week plan with its price, and three re-scans against that baseline. If a number is not moving at day 30 or 60, the plan changes; nobody sells you more of the same. Twelve weeks is a measured start, not a deadline — and there is no bounce-back language anywhere in it.
Who this is for
And who it isn't.
This is for you if
- You have had a baby — last year or a decade ago — and the abdomen, the skin over it or the shape of your arms and thighs did not go back on their own.
- You are within reach of your target weight and want composition and laxity addressed, not another diet.
- You want a plan measured against a baseline scan rather than judged in a mirror or against a photograph of someone else.
- You can get to the Alpharetta suite once or twice a week for twelve weeks, around a real schedule.
This isn't for you if
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding. The program waits until you are neither; that is standard candidacy, and the consult sets the timing.
- You have a lot of weight still to lose. Contouring chases a moving target — medically managed weight loss first, then this.
- You want skin removed, or the result in a single appointment. That is surgery — a tummy tuck, a lift — and we will say so and refer you.
- A prescription component is the part you are after. Not every patient qualifies; that decision is the medical director's, made in the consult, never on this page.
What's actually in the protocol
Five components, each written as what it is for.
Outcomes and checkpoints, not a shopping list. Any component can change — because your scan says so, or because it becomes unavailable — without changing what you bought: a measured twelve weeks.
- — Body contouring and skin tightening Non-invasive sessions of 30 to 60 minutes, usually once or twice a week — fat reduction, muscle stimulation and skin tightening through applicators on the skin, with no downtime. Where the scan says laxity is the problem, a minimally invasive treatment beneath the skin — QuantumRF in one appointment, or Morpheus8 Body over 3 sessions — takes its place. Which one is decided at the consult, not on this page.
- — Medically managed weight loss where indicated If the scan and your history say scale weight is the problem, physician-managed weight loss runs first or alongside. Not every patient qualifies, and it waits until you are neither pregnant nor breastfeeding; that is a clinical decision made in the room.
- — Nutrition and training plan Written for the schedule you actually have — around the baby, the job and the sleep you are not getting — and revised at every checkpoint rather than handed over once. Sustainable, not punishing: the plan is built to last longer than twelve weeks.
- — Lymphatic and IV recovery support Lymphatic drainage and IV hydration between sessions, from the recovery side of the practice, so swelling moves along and the course finishes the way it started.
- — Additional prescription support where clinically indicated, under physician direction, from a licensed 503A/503B pharmacy Discussed specifically in the consult room, prescribed by the medical director only where it is indicated, and never described on this page.
The proof mechanism
Measured at 30, 60 and 90 days.
A full 3D body scan at the consult sets the baseline: circumference and composition, not the bathroom scale. Three re-scans against it, with a review every two weeks in between. This is the reason to buy the program rather than the sessions.
Day 30
First re-scan. Circumference through the abdomen, flanks, arms and thighs against baseline. Contouring changes typically show from about week six, so what day 30 mostly confirms is that weight and circumference are moving the right way — and if they are not, the plan changes here, not at the end.
Day 60
Second scan, side by side with the first two. This is usually where a contouring result becomes visible on the scan before it is obvious in the mirror. Skin tightening is still developing at this point, and the nutrition and training plan gets its second revision.
Day 90
Final scan against baseline. You leave with the report, the before-and-after scans, and a written maintenance plan. Tissue keeps remodelling for months after a tightening treatment; the plan is how the result holds.
Results
Women only, from this program.
A twelve-week program illustrated with results of unknown duration undermines its own promise, so these frames stay empty until the first patients complete day 90 — with the week number on every image, and consent on file. Nothing is presented as a program result until it is one.
Photographs of BodyWorks patients are published only with consent, with the session count and week number on every frame. Individual results vary.
Investment
What it costs.
Priced by the number of sessions your scan calls for, and put in writing at the consult before you commit to anything.
Price TBC The program price is published here the moment the practice confirms it.
For reference, the non-invasive contouring component alone: EvolveX $475 a session, with packages of 6 for $2,400, 9 for $3,500, 12 for $4,500. Lymphatic drainage $175 a session. The minimally invasive platforms are new, and their prices are published the moment they are confirmed. The Blueprint Consult is $150, credited toward the program when you begin within 60 days.
After day 90, maintenance sits inside a membership — from $199 a month — which is what the tiers exist for. Full pricing & memberships.
Financing
Cherry, Affirm, CareCredit, or a plan arranged in-house. Approval, rates and terms are theirs, not ours, and are settled before the first session.
Why not surgery
The trade, stated plainly.
This is a non-surgical alternative to the surgical mommy makeover: no general anaesthetic, no incisions that need stitches, and days of recovery at most rather than weeks — with a result that arrives over weeks rather than in one step, and an honest ceiling. If a surgeon is the right answer for what you want, we will say so at the consult.
| The Mom Body Rescue Protocol | Surgical body contouring | |
|---|---|---|
| Downtime | None for non-invasive sessions; a few days where a minimally invasive treatment is called for | Weeks of restricted activity |
| Anaesthetic | None, or local | General or regional |
| Incisions | None, or entry points small enough not to need stitches | Surgical incisions and scars |
| What it addresses | Fat, muscle and skin laxity together, over a course | Fat and skin removal, in one procedure |
| How the result arrives | Progressively, measured at 30, 60 and 90 days | In one step, once swelling settles |
Questions
About the protocol.
What exactly is in the protocol?
Five components, sequenced over twelve weeks: body contouring and skin tightening; medically managed weight loss where it is indicated; a nutrition and training plan; lymphatic and IV recovery support; and additional prescription support where clinically indicated, under physician direction, from a licensed 503A/503B pharmacy.
Which of them your plan uses, and in what proportion, comes out of the consult — the scan, your history and your schedule — not off a menu.
How soon after having a baby can I start?
There is no number we would put on a page, because it depends on you, your delivery and what you want treated. The practice’s own guidance to new mothers is that getting back to where you were can take up to a year, and that a plan which respects that lasts longer than one that rushes it. The consult sets the timing; the scan sets the baseline.
Can I do this while breastfeeding?
No. The program is not for anyone currently pregnant or breastfeeding — that is standard candidacy for the body treatments and for any prescription component. Book the consult when you are ready; the plan waits for you, not the other way round.
How many sessions, and how long is each one?
A non-invasive contouring course runs six to twelve sessions — packages come in six, nine and twelve — scheduled once or twice a week, 30 to 60 minutes each; most women read or work through them. Where laxity calls for a minimally invasive treatment instead, it is QuantumRF in a single appointment or Morpheus8 Body over 3 sessions, with a few days of recovery. The number is set at the consult from your scan, and adjusted at the 30- and 60-day checkpoints if the numbers say so.
What if I can’t do part of it?
Then you don’t. The protocol is written as outcomes and checkpoints, not a fixed list. If a sick child means you miss a week, sessions shift. If you don’t qualify for weight-loss medication, or don’t want it, the contouring, nutrition and training plan run without it. If a component becomes unavailable, it is replaced or removed and the price is adjusted.
The twelve weeks and the three scans stay. That is the program.
Is it safe, and what are the side effects?
The non-invasive platform is an FDA-cleared Class II medical device and requires clinical evaluation before treatment, which is what the consult is. Sessions are hands-free; some women feel warmth or see temporary redness during or after a session, and it fades quickly. A minimally invasive treatment, where the scan calls for one, means swelling and some bruising for a few days under local anaesthetic, no general. Every treatment is performed at the Alpharetta suite under physician direction.
Will the results last?
Fat cells reduced by contouring do not come back, but the ones that remain can still enlarge — the result holds if your weight does, which is why the nutrition and training plan is part of the program rather than a leaflet at the end. Skin tightening continues to develop for months after a treatment as tissue remodels. You leave day 90 with a written maintenance plan, and that is what the membership tiers exist for.
How much does it cost, and can I finance it?
The program is priced by the number of sessions your scan calls for and confirmed in writing at the consult, before you commit to anything. For reference, the non-invasive contouring component alone is $475 a session, with packages of 6 for $2,400, 9 for $3,500, 12 for $4,500; lymphatic drainage is $175 a session; the minimally invasive platforms are new, and their prices are published the moment they are confirmed. The Blueprint Consult is $150, credited toward the program when you begin within 60 days.
Financing runs through Cherry, Affirm, CareCredit or in-house. How financing works.
