Medical Weight Loss

Scale weight first. Then composition.

Medically managed weight loss with a 3D body scan at 30, 60 and 90 days — so what comes off is measured, and what you keep is measured too. Supervised weekly, in the clinic or by telemedicine.

Compare

The two ways in.

A supervised plan on its own, or the whole transformation sequenced as one program. The consult tells you which.

Treatment Best for How it works Downtime Sessions Starts at
GLP-1 weight loss Scale weight, medically managed Prescription medication where appropriate, with body-composition tracking None Weekly, supervised Price TBC
Elite Full-Body Transformation Launching The whole thing, sequenced and measured Weight loss, contouring, skin and recovery as one protocol Varies Program $2,199 / mo

Plan pricing is confirmed in writing at the consult. If contouring or skin tightening is part of the answer, non-invasive and minimally invasive options are sequenced into the same written protocol.

The path

Easy as one, two, three.

The same three stages for every patient, whether you come to the clinic or we come to you.

Initial consult

You meet the doctors and clinic staff, and a full 3D scan sets your baseline. Together we set the goal, decide whether prescription medication is appropriate and at what dose, and outline the whole journey — so you know what to expect and when.

Clinic visits, or telemedicine

Once your medication is prescribed, you visit the clinic regularly for each dose, or take a supply for home treatment. Cannot come to us? The full telemedicine option runs from the consult to delivery at your door. Consistency is what drives results.

Maintenance

The care does not end when you reach the goal. An ongoing maintenance program — and the re-scans that go with it — is how the result holds, and it is what the membership tiers exist for.

Results

Weight-loss cases.

Our founder's own case — 83 lbs lost in 7 months — is the reason the practice exists. Patient cases are added as each one completes the 90-day scan, with the starting point and elapsed time on every frame.

Is this the right category

A rough answer before you come in.

The consult confirms it against a scan. This gets you most of the way there.

If you have more than the last twenty pounds to lose —
this is where you start, and contouring waits. Contouring chases a moving target; medically managed weight loss first, then the shape.
If you are within reach of your target and the shape is wrong —
that is composition rather than weight. Non-invasive contouring addresses fat and muscle, often alongside weight loss rather than after it.
If the weight came off and the skin did not follow —
that is laxity, and no amount of further weight loss fixes it. The minimally invasive category is the honest answer.
If you want the whole thing sequenced and measured —
weight loss, contouring, skin and recovery as one protocol: Elite Full-Body Transformation, $2,199 a month.

Who supervises it

Under physician direction, every time.

Dr. Andrew Pugliese is our medical director and oversees every clinical protocol and all prescription therapy — nothing is prescribed on this site, only in the room. Karen Heimbrecht, RN, clinical director, runs clinical standards and treatment delivery. Protocols are written and versioned, not improvised. More on how we work.

Questions

About medical weight loss.

Do I qualify?

Not every patient qualifies, and the consult decides. Your history, your goals and a baseline 3D scan go in front of the medical director before anything is prescribed — nothing is prescribed on this site, only in the room. If prescription medication is not appropriate for you, you leave with a written plan for what is.

Do I have to come to the clinic every week?

No. You can visit the clinic for each dose, or take a supply for home treatment with a check-in on the schedule your provider sets. There is also a full telemedicine option — from the consult itself to delivery to your door — for people who would rather skip the traffic. Consistency is what drives results; where you are consistent is up to you.

What happens to my muscle?

Weight loss takes some muscle with the fat unless something is done about it, which is why we track composition by 3D scan at 30, 60 and 90 days rather than the bathroom scale, and why protein and strength training are part of every plan. Where the scan shows muscle going, non-invasive contouring — which builds muscle as well as reducing fat — runs alongside the weight loss rather than after it.

How quickly will I see results?

Most people do not see major changes overnight, particularly when a dose starts low and increases slowly, and plateaus can happen. Weight loss varies from person to person. What you will notice earlier is portion control, fewer cravings and more energy — and the 30-day scan measures circumference rather than asking you to judge it in a mirror.

What are the side effects?

The most common are digestive — nausea, constipation, bloating or mild stomach discomfort, especially when first starting or when a dose changes. Smaller meals, eating slowly and drinking water through the day help most people. Anything severe is reported to the office straight away, which is one of the reasons the plan is supervised weekly rather than dispensed and forgotten.

What does it cost?

The price of a supervised plan is published on the pricing page the moment the practice confirms it. Elite Full-Body Transformation is $2,199 a month. The Blueprint Consult is $150, credited toward any package or membership you begin within 60 days.

Do you treat men?

About half our patients are men — and the founder, whose case is on this page, is one of them. There is a whole practice built around it.

Weight, or composition?

That is what The Blueprint Consult is for. An hour, a full 3D scan, and a written protocol with real prices — credited toward any package or membership you begin within 60 days.
